Friday, February 12, 2009: DNV Recertifies Crystal Hues and Awards ISO 9001:2008

New Delhi, February 12, 2010: DNV, the world’s premier certifying organization, recertified Crystal Hues Limited, Advertising and Translation Company, and awarded ISO 9001:2008.

Two experienced auditors from DNV conducted extensive audit of the Quality Management System in place at Crystal Hues over two days. The auditors reported the Microsoft License Compliance assessment, upgraded Project Management System and use of in-country native translators as Noteworthy Efforts in the final Audit Report.

Pursuing the objective of establishing quality focused enterprise, Crystal Hues Limited has been constantly upgrading and improving the systems that were put in place in 1995. The auditors commented during the closing meeting that among the 800-odd organizations that they audit every year, they were pleasantly surprised to see the transparency and the efficiency of Quality Management Systems adhered to in Crystal Hues Limited.
