Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Training and Development:
- Participate in an extensive training program covering sales techniques, industry knowledge, and product offerings.
- Work closely with senior sales professionals to learn best practices and sales strategies.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop effective sales strategies.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and ensure accurate data entry into CRM systems.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Assist in managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Address client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information about products and services.
- Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Assist in the creation of tailored proposals and quotations based on client needs and specifications.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales processes and achieving targets.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, project management, and production to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales and the translation and localization industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Multilingual skills are an advantage.
