Translators
We follow a stringent selection and grading process for translators working on our projects.

Our criteria for selection includes:

• The translator should be a specialist in the text involved;
• be a specialist in the language combination;
• be a professional with academic qualifications;
• have necessary skills, experience;
• be a native resident of the country of the language.

Once the basic qualifications are met, such translators are required to submit a sample translation, which are reviewed by our existing translators. Each short-listed translator signs a confidentiality agreement before working on our projects.

All the translators working with us are also graded continuously with each project executed by them.
