Job Description:

Manage QNAP NAs, Sophos Firewalls, and Endpoint Protections
• Lead the internal IT support team in our day-to-day IT operations, equipment provisioning, user access management, endpoint maintenance, & contributing to the overall improvement of our IT stack
• Provide end-user support to employees, and advice regarding standard office applications
• and best practices as it evolves with company needs
• Ensure Licensing Management
• Managing the department budget
• Excellent software knowledge, including: Microsoft products, MS SQL, Exchange, and Apple iOS system
• Excellent knowledge of networking protocols and components
• Knowledge of hardware, such as cabling (fiber and wire), wireless products and desktop systems
• Managing hardware and software
• Resolving system and application issues
• Assisting with IT equipment sourcing and budgeting
• Manage Backup and Recovery
