Job Description:

Participate in all activities which help in better understanding of the company’s culture, processes, systems and offerings.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Attend Trade Fairs, Conferences, Industry Events to generate leads.
• Ensure management of resources such that clients are delivered timely and high quality services.
• Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
• Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
• Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
• Research and identify new market opportunities.
• Work closely with the C level teams to formulate strategic plans for Business expansion.
• Create weekly, monthly and quarterly sales projection.
• Create weekly, monthly & annual performance reports for the reporting manager
