    Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in the Translation & Localization industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business from Language Service Providers (LSPs) located outside of India. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets.


    • Identify and target potential Language Service Providers (LSPs) located outside India for business development.
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within LSPs.
    • Understand client requirements and propose suitable translation and localization solutions to meet their needs.
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and linguists, to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
    • Monitor and track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts to the management team.
    • Stay informed about competitor activities, pricing, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the Translation & Localization industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of the LSP market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and priorities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
