Job Description:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets set for the branch by driving business development initiatives, acquiring new clients, and expanding the customer base.
  • Revenue Generation: Maximizing revenue through effective sales strategies, upselling, cross-selling, and identifying opportunities to increase sales within the existing client base.

  • Team Management: Building, leading and managing the sales team, including setting targets, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation to ensure the team achieves individual and collective sales goals.

  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Conducting market research, monitoring industry trends, and identifying potential business opportunities to develop strategic plans for market penetration and growth.

  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.

  • Cluster Operations: Overseeing day-to-day operations of the cluster, including resource allocation, budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitoring sales performance, analyzing sales data, and preparing regular reports and forecasts for management, highlighting areas of improvement, challenges, and potential solutions.
