Job Description:

 Engage in day to day account management activities which resultin retaining customers while upselling and cross selling all localization services including but not limited to translation, transcription, interpretation, voice‐ over/dubbing & subtitling.

 Maintaining rapport with the clients and the such that they continue doing business with the company

 Maintaining rapport with the internal teamssuch that the projects are executed and delivered timely.

 Managing any and all client escalations with the help of project management team while ensuring customer satisfaction and grievance resolutions.

 Re‐engaging dormant clientssuch that they again start conducting business with the company.

 Supervise, manage and lead team members under their command such that the total output efficiency of the team increases.

 Creating daily, weekly & monthly reports fr the reporting manager’s decision making.

 Ensure collection within 30 days of invoice or as agreed termsfrom the clients.

 Ensure project deliveries on schedule and as per client requirement.

 Revalidate costing to clientin coordination with project management team to ensure closing with better margin.

 Assist project management team in any and every way to ensure high quality and timely delivery ofservices.

 Maximize the profit margin on every project.

 Accompanying and assisting the cluster managers in closures of sales meetings when required.
