Job Description:

Client Acquisition and Development:

  • Prospecting and lead generation: Identifying potential clients through various channels like online directories,industry events, networking, and referrals.
  • Building relationships: Establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts through effective communication and understanding their specific needs and challenges.
  • Qualifying leads: Assessing potential clients' requirements, budget, and decision-making timeline to identify qualified leads with high conversion potential.
  • Developing proposals and presentations: Creating compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the company's expertise, competitive advantages, and value proposition tailored to each client's unique needs.

Sales and Account Management:

  • Negotiating contracts: Negotiating mutually beneficial contracts with clients, ensuring clarity on scope, pricing,deadlines, and payment terms.
  • Project management: Overseeing assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction with quality, delivery timelines, and communication.
  • Upselling and cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to recommend additional services or solutions that benefit existing clients and expand their business with the company.
  • Maintaining client relationships: Building long-term relationships with clients through regular communication,proactive problem-solving, and exceeding expectations.

Market Knowledge and Analysis:

  • Staying updated on industry trends: Keeping abreast of the latest technologies, tools, and trends in the translation and localization industry to offer clients cutting-edge solutions.
  • Competitive analysis: Understanding the competitive landscape, identifying market differentiators, and developing strategies to win against competitors.
  • Identifying new market opportunities: Proactively researching and identifying emerging markets or niche segments with potential for growth.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to sales team goals and objectives: Actively participating in team meetings, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to the achievement of shared sales targets..
  • Reporting and data analysis: Preparing regular sales reports, analyzing data to track performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
