Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee in Sales within the Translation and Localization industry. This role is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience in sales strategies, customer relationship management, and business development within the translation and localization sector. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Training and Development:

    • Participate in an extensive training program covering sales techniques, industry knowledge, and product offerings.
    • Work closely with senior sales professionals to learn best practices and sales strategies.
  2. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
    • Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop effective sales strategies.
  3. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
    • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and ensure accurate data entry into CRM systems.
  4. Client Relationship Management:

    • Assist in managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
    • Address client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information about products and services.
  5. Sales Presentations and Proposals:

    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
    • Assist in the creation of tailored proposals and quotations based on client needs and specifications.
  6. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

    • Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales processes and achieving targets.
  7. Collaboration and Teamwork:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, project management, and production to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and objectives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales and the translation and localization industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage.
