Participate in all activities which help in better understanding of the company’s culture, processes, systems and offerings.
- Engage in activities that result in acquisition of new business clients by offering individual or combination of localization services including but not limited to translation, transcription, interpretation, voice-over/dubbing & subtitling.
- Manage the project and account management teams such that the clients that are brought in are retained through delivery of extremely high quality of services & customer satisfaction.
- Build and grow sales and net revenue.
- Build positive relationship with the stakeholders of the company and clients of the company.
- Training the employees under the command of the individual.
- Attend and manage any and all client escalations respective to the individual cluster’s portfolio to ensure retention.
- Ensure management of resources such that clients are delivered timely and high quality services.
- Generate requirement from new clients and ensure continuous business from clients Assigned.
- Market research, cold calling, referral building and build a pipeline of qualified prospective clients.
- Client mapping to the width and the depth to generate business from other business units of existing clients.
- Relationship building with clients to retain their support against competitors and business forecasts.
- Engage with clients along with PM to manage client expectations and grow business.
- Attend Trade Fairs, Conferences, Industry Events to generate leads.
- Work closely with the Zonal Heads to formulate strategic plans for Business expansion.
- Create weekly, monthly and quarterly sales projection.
- Create weekly, monthly & annual performance reports for the reporting manager.
