Job Description:

Manage the growth top 50 accounts to achieve long-term success
• Sales effectiveness to ensure higher conversion ratio of quotations
• Set and track team targets for acquiring new clients
• Maximize the Revenue and profit margin for each industry segment
• Act as mentor to team members, responsible for Revenue per employee and help them to achieve there KRA’s
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
• Monitor sales metrics (e.g. Weekly, Monthly, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Discuss the top line client’s requirement and query with HOD/Process Head
• Deliver the projects to client on schedule and monitor the team deliverables
• Ensure group invoicing to client within 24 hours
• Ensure group collection within 30 days or as agreed terms

Must have Sales, Account Management & Project Management capabilities.
- Must be from Localization industry
- Must have experience in dealing with international clients
- Must have extremely good writing and speaking English proficiency
