- Pitching exhibition booth building and designing services as well as immersive technology solutions to the clients
- Handling key accounts provided by management
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure long term association with them
- Client Management & Servicing for projects which are in progress
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Ensuring client's expectations are met on the site(exhibition)
- Extracting new business from existing clients
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Internal coordination for proposal/project deliveries
- Focus on project closures & negotiations with clients
- Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports.
- Researching & understanding new trends in the industry
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Exhibition(stall building & designing services) industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational & leadership skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Must be open to travel
- Experience or understanding of Immersive technology solutions(AR,VR etc) will be an added advantage.
