Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to potential NGOs for onboarding and supporters to introduce them to our organization, its mission, and its programs.
  2. Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects through effective communication.
  3. Provide information about our current campaigns, events, and initiatives, and encourage participation and support.
  4. Conduct follow-up calls to previous donors and supporters to maintain relationships and secure ongoing support.
  5. Record and update donor information, interactions, and contributions accurately in the database.
  6. Meet or exceed individual and team fundraising targets and KPIs.
  7. Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop strategies for donor acquisition and retention.
  8. Represent the organization professionally and positively in all interactions with donors and supporters.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or a similar role, preferably in a non-profit organization or fundraising environment.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.
  4. Goal-oriented and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate.
  6. Proficiency in using CRM software or databases to record and manage donor information (experience with [specific CRM software] is a plus).
  7. Passionate about the mission and values of our organization, with a genuine desire to make a difference in the community.

 

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
