- Manage IT infrastructure operations
- Oversee server, network and database administration
- Lead IT support teams to deliver excellent service
- Develop IT systems enhancement strategies
- Manage IT projects and initiatives
- Prepare analytical reports on infrastructure performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders on aligning IT with business needs

- Lead and manage the IT department, including hiring, training, etc..
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the security and efficient operation of IT systems.
- Responsible for Backup and Restorations
- Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with the organization's goals.
- Identify and recommend new technologies to improve business processes and support critical business strategies.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
- Ensure the security of IT systems from potential threats and develop disaster recovery plans.
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments to understand their technology needs and ensure IT systems support organizational goals.
- Manage TMS (Translation Management systems), Translation Memory, Resources, etc..
