Job Title: Management Trainee

Location: India (Bangalore/New Delhi HQ/NOIDA with rotational exposure across departments)

Reports To: Departmental Mentors / HR Manager

Role Purpose

The Management Trainee program is designed to prepare fresh graduates and young professionals for managerial positions in the language services industry. By providing hands-on exposure across vendor management, project management, account management, and sales, the program ensures holistic skill development and leadership grooming.

Responsibilities & Learning Outcomes

Vendor Management (15 Days):

Assist in vendor onboarding, verification, and compliance.

Learn rate negotiations and vendor allocation strategies.

Develop vendor evaluation metrics for quality, turnaround time, and cost.

Project Management (1.5 Months):

Support project managers in planning, execution, and delivery.

Track project milestones, budgets, and quality parameters.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Develop understanding of CAT tools, TMS, and workflow automation.

Account Management (1 Month):

Shadow account managers in handling client relationships.

Learn cross-selling and upselling strategies.

Engage in client servicing and issue resolution.

Work on reactivation strategies for dormant clients.

Sales (1 Month):

Gain exposure to lead generation through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.

Support sales executives in preparing proposals and quotations.

Participate in client meetings, pitches, and negotiations.

Learn how to build and maintain a sales pipeline.

Performance Evaluation

Performance will be evaluated through:

Achievement of KPIs across each rotation.

Feedback from mentors and department heads.

Demonstrated learning curve and adaptability.

Contribution to team objectives.

Final evaluation report at the end of 6 months.

Career Progression

On successful completion of the program, trainees may be absorbed into roles such as Project Management, Account Management, or Vendor Management, depending on aptitude and performance. This provides a strong foundation for long-term career growth within the organization.
