Crystal Hues Celebrates 32 Years of Successful Run

To commemorate the occasion, the company recently hosted an online gathering, wherein employees and management celebrated the occasion with enthusiasm. Meanwhile, the company also announced some new employee benefit policy.
New Delhi, Date: Crystal Hues Limited (CHL), a complete communication lifecycle company, recently celebrated 32 years of its successful run. Virtual Annual Day function was held on the occasion, attended by employees and management to celebrate the big feat. The event began with a welcome speech followed by video clippings of some major accomplishments of the last year by the company.
The company also announced some new benefits for as part of the HR policy for employees. The key highlights included employees getting half-day off on their birthdays and a week’s paid leave in case an employee suffers COVID-19 infection. Speaking about the new policy, HR Head Divya Bansal remarked, “Given the stress imposed by the ongoing pandemic, we wanted to ensure our employees felt secure and appreciated by the Company. Birthdays are always special, no matter how old you are. We introduced a half-day policy as a way to help them to enjoy their day.”
The celebration also included acknowledging employees for their contribution. The Performer of the Year Award (department-wise) went to Pooja Tiwari (Accounts), Rupali Badola (HR), Abhinav Kimothi (Digital), A Sowmiya (CHLear), Rinku (Operations), Arnav Verma and Nandini Bansal (Marketing), Bhavana and Piyush (FairGaze), Swapnil (Softech), and Lalit Maurya (Creative). Thanking long-serving employees for their loyalty and hard work, they were given a special Forever with Us Award, which went to the longest serving CHLite Subhash Rai. Special Recognition Awards were bagged by V Sreekanth (IT & Innovations), Junaid and Ashish (Marketing), and Sravanthi and Sridevi (Operations). Highest Attendance Award went to Deepali Mishra for being punctual.
Speaking on the occasion, CHL founder Sudheen M said, “It is a pleasure to be celebrating our 32nd Annual Day. It’s been a long journey and we have come this far due to the dedication and perseverance of CHLites. I would like to thank each one of them for their contribution. We look forward to many more years ahead with renewed zeal.”
