Crystal Hues Limited, leading Translation and Marcom Company, Awarded ISO 9001:2008 After Successful Recertification Audit

Crystal Hues Limited, a leading marketing communication and translation company in India, was awarded ISO 9001:2008 after a successful Recertification Audit conducted by DNV auditors.

Three ISO auditors from Det Norske Veritas conducted extensive audit of the processes and procedures at the Crystal Hues Limited (CHL) corporate office in Noida. The ISO audit is conducted annually, however, the current audit was the second re-certification audit indicating 6 years of successful ISO audits.

The three auditors expressed their satisfaction that the audit results indicated strict adherence to the quality management system implemented in CHL.

The auditors also noted with appreciation that there were a total of 21 revisions in the ISO documents in the last year, which showed continuous improvements being made in the processes and procedures of the Company.
