A complete communication lifecycle company, CHL conducted its Annual Business Meet online on 5-6th April 2021 to review the achievements and working of the past year and chart out the path for the new fiscal year. Founder Sudheen M, Business Heads and CEOs of all five verticals of CHL (CHL Worldwide, CHL Localization, CHL Digital, CHL Softech, and CHLEAR), and the heads of various departments met online to set new goals for the next year.
The meeting largely focused on projections v/s actual performance gauging and operational analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses. Performance for the fiscal year 2020-2021 was reviewed juxtaposed to the performance of previous years. The Annual Business Meet expressed firm resolution in unison to sustain the growth CHL has been registering over the past few years.
Growth plans focused on innovating for clients as well as ensuring the workforce is future ready. The ease with which the CHL employees implemented work-from-anywhere culture, without losing a single day’s productivity, played a remarkable role in sustaining the company’s business despite the pandemic.
