New Delhi, 23 August 2021: Sharing his thoughts at the FICCI Tech Thought Leadership Session on World Entrepreneur Day 2021, Mr Sudheen M, Founder Crystal Hues Limited, a leading communication lifecycle company, said that entrepreneurship is all about ensuring growth opportunities for the team and creating value for customers.
Encouraging the audience to adopt the entrepreneurship mindset, he added, “Entrepreneurship skills are necessary even if you are working, since most organisations are willing to empower them to deliver on the assignments independently and also pay a premium for such skills.”
The session conducted on 21 August 2021 focused on the Impact of Technology and Language Services on New Age Entrepreneurship. Speaking on the importance of women entrepreneurs, he said, “I believe the world has come to realise the unique abilities that women entrepreneurs bring, especially their intuition and empathy, which is so important to a leadership role.”
Mr Sudheen believes that adopting technology is inevitable in any form of entrepreneurship and that language services is necessary for businesses that need to communicate with people who speak a different language and people includes not only customers, partners and internal teams but also unrelated connections like social media users.
The session was moderated by Ms Sarika Gulyani Director ICT and FICCI-ILIA, chaired by Mr Ajay Data from Data Xgen Technologies and included Mr Sandeep Nulkar from Vernac Language Technologies, Ms Vidushi Kapoor from Process 9 and Mr Ranjeet Singh from Pratilipi.
