i2u Engages Crystal Hues Employees On Team Building, Social Impact

Noida, 24 June, 2023  - Crystal Hues Limited (CHL), a leading global company providing the gamut of  localization services, conducted an invigorating employee engagement activity on the 24th of June 2023. The event, held at the picturesque Tuk Tuk Gilhari, located at Noida, Sector 135 aimed to foster team spirit, imbue environmental consciousness, and nurture social responsibility among the company's valued employees.

In collaboration with event partner NGO Tuk Tuk Gilhari, implementing partner i2u, and event partner CHL Worldwide, the employee engagement activity witnessed the active participation of 25 dedicated employees from CHL.

The event commenced at 11:00 AM with a rousing introduction by Mr. Pranav Menon, Director of  i2u. Mr. Menon shared his insights on the significance of employee engagement and the role it plays in fostering a productive work culture.

The attendees were then treated to an inspiring speech by Mr. Sudheen M, Founder of Crystal Hues Limited, who emphasized the importance of employee empowerment and engagement for organizational success. "This is an excellent opportunity for all of us to appreciate nature grow from the experience’, he said.

Shagun Singh, Co-Founder of Tuk Tuk Gilhari, delivered a keynote speech on behalf of the NGO, highlighting the organization's mission and the positive impact of employee participation in environmental initiatives.

The activities commenced with an interactive session on animal feeding. Employees got the chance to visit the designated animal area and interact with the animals. Participants received instructions on safe feeding practices and were provided with food items to nourish the animals.

Following the animal feeding activity, employees were introduced to the eco-friendly practice of paper pen making. They witnessed a demonstration of the pen making process and were given the necessary materials and tools to create their own paper pens. The activity not only encouraged creativity and teamwork but also underscored the importance of sustainable alternatives.

In line with the theme of environmental conservation, a bio-enzyme activity was conducted. Employees received detailed explanations about bio-enzyme production, its benefits, and its impact on the environment. The participants were then divided into small groups and, with guidance from experts, prepared their own batches of bio-enzyme. Discussions on the benefits of bio-enzyme and its environmental impact helped participants understand how it was contributing to a greener future.

The day culminated with a tree plantation activity, symbolizing CHL’s commitment to sustainability. Employees received instructions on proper tree planting techniques and were provided with saplings. They enthusiastically planted the trees, ensuring their proper care and nurturing for future generations.

The event concluded with a wrap-up session, where employees were collectively thanked for their participation and efforts. The company expressed gratitude for their dedication and their efforts in making a positive impact on the environment. A lively Q&A session allowed employees to share their experiences and insights gained from the activities.
