Crystal Hues Limited Successfully Recertified for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards

Crystal Hues Limited has successfully achieved recertification for the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) standard, following an external audit conducted on 16 January 2026 by Mr. Dileep Srivastava.

This marks another consecutive year of compliance with the globally recognized quality benchmark, reinforcing the company’s commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. 

The comprehensive audit evaluated Crystal Hues Limited’s quality management framework across multiple functions and levels of the organization. The process involved active participation from top management, including Mr. Sudheen M and Mr. Anirud Mukola, the QMS management team, and key departments such as Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, and Operations. 

On their latest milestone, here’s what executive director and VP of Crystal Hues, Anirud Mukola had to say:

The primary objectives of the audit were to determine the conformity of the company’s management system with ISO 9001:2015 requirements, evaluate the effectiveness of the system in ensuring the organization’s ability to meet applicable statutory, regulatory, and contractual obligations, and assess its capability to achieve defined business objectives. The audit also aimed to identify opportunities for continual improvement within the management system.
